First-Time Buyers: Setting Up Your New England Knockouts Ticketing Account Password

1. Go to "tickets.knockoutsbaseball.com". Click "My Account" at the top right of the page.

2. When you see the login screen, click "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts to enter your email to have a password reset link sent to your email.

3. Go to your email and find the the password reset email from Igniter. Be sure to check your "Junk/Spam" folders if it doesn't appear in your inbox.

4. Click the password reset link in the email to set up your new password. Once you've done so, you're all set up!

After Creating an Account: Redeeming Your Flex Voucher for Tickets

1. Go to "tickets.knockoutsbaseball.com", log into your account.

2. Click "Find Tickets" on game you are looking to redeem voucher for; look to the bottom left box at Promo Code.

3. Input the 12-Digit Code found on your voucher into the promo code box and Click Apply. (Example Code: VC**********)

4. Follow the prompts to select your desired seats.
